What payment options do you offer?

To make shopping with Revived as secure and hassle free as possible we offer the following payment methods to our customers:

  • Credit Card: including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay and Shop Pay Instalments*: hosted by Shopify and available across all Shop Pay enabled stores.
  • Google Pay
  • ApplePay: available when ordering via an Apple device.
  • Klarna**: with Klarna you can choose from flexible payment options including Pay Later (pay within 14 days by invoice), Pay in 3 (three interest-free instalments) or Pay in Full (immediate payment via online banking). Available options are determined by Klarna based on your location and account history.

*Shop Pay is Shopify's accelerated checkout, hosted securely by Shopify. It saves your payment and shipping details for faster checkout across all Shop Pay-enabled stores. Do you offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option?

Yes! We offer two flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout:

Shop Pay Installments*: split your purchase into instalments paid by debit card. Available on orders between £50–£30,000 for eligible UK customers.

Klarna**: choose from three payment options:

  • Pay Later: receive your order and pay within 14 days by invoice
  • Pay in 3: split your order into three interest-free instalments, with the first payment taken at checkout
  • Pay in Full: pay immediately via online banking

The options available to you are determined by Klarna based on your location and account history. Klarna is available to customers who check out using an email address.

Where can I find my order details?

If you created an account on our website you will be able to log in to view your order details. You can log in to the Customer Account section here.

We will send a copy of your order details included with your order.

How can I check if my order been placed successfully?

After placing your order with us you will receive and order confirmation email. This email will contain all the details of your order.

This email is proof that your order has been placed successfully.

If you can’t find this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us where our team will be happy to help you.

Do you sell gift Cards?

Gift cards aren't available at Revived Skincare at the moment, but we hope to offer them in the future.

If you need help choosing a gift, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched out to you, we will automatically send to you a dispatch confirmation email. This email will contain your order courier details and the parcel’s tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to check its current delivery status.

If you have any queries about the delivery of your parcel please contact us and our team will be happy to help resolve them for you.

What are your shipping costs?

We currently offer three shipping rates to addresses in the U.K.

  • Standard which costs £2.50.
  • Express which costs £4.50
  • Next Working Day which costs £7.50

For order over £40 Standard shipping costs are free.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do offer free shipping for orders over £40 delivered to addresses within the U.K. only.

How long does it take you to process and dispatch my order?

We aim to get your order processed and dispatched out to you on the same day you order, provided we receive the confirmed order payment before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 2pm GMT on a Friday; or on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Who do you ship my order with?

Currently all shipments from Revived Skincare are dispatched via Royal Mail.

We are working on expanding our network of delivery partners and will announce any developments on that when appropriate.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship overseas or to the USA?

We are currently only able to ship to addresses in the U.K..

We are actively working on a solution to ship parcels to our overseas customers and will announce any developments on that when appropriate.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start to enjoy the benefits of our products.

Estimated transit times are displayed next to each shipping rate in our Shipping Policy.

Please note that any delay to an order will be due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. If you have any issues with the delivery of your order please contact us and our team will be happy to help resolve them for you.

Can I change my delivery address on my order?

We are unable to change order delivery address details once an order has been processed and an order dispatch confirmation email has been sent to you.

Returns

Can I return my order?

You can return any unopened and undamaged item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and modify any refunds as deemed appropriate.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.

What do I do if my order is damaged or an item is missing from it?

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, we will work to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

First, please keep all the shipping materials included with your order, that includes the shipping box it was dispatched in.

Contact our team as quickly as possible with your order number and details of the damaged or missing items.

If the shipping box is damaged, or if it looks as though it has been tampered with, please take a picture of this, and send it to our team. Along with a note of your name, order number and the damaged or missing items.

What do I do if my order is wrong?

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, we will work to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I have ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can return unwanted items back to us for an exchange, provided they are unopened and undamaged as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact us before returning the product.

How quickly will I receive a refund for my products?

Any refund will be processed within 14 days of our team receiving the returned goods from you.

How do I create an online account at Revived?

Creating an account with Revived Skincare is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps:

  3. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password

Do you offer discount codes?

From time to time me may use discount codes as part of specific marketing promotions.

The terms of each discount code will be specific to each individual promotion or campaign being run at the time.

How do I redeem my discount code?

All discount codes can be redeemed at check out on our website.

Look for the discount code box located just underneath the list of products you have added to your basket.

Are discount code purchases refundable or exchangeable?

Yes, you can return your discount code purchases back to us for a refund or exchange as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note that for refunds, only the discounted order value will be refunded.

Can I combine different discount codes or gift cards together in one order?

No, we only accept one discount code or gift card code per order.

Are your products suitable for Vegans?

Yes, all our products and ingredients have been certified by the Vegan Society, making them suitable for vegans.

Are you products tested on animals?

No, all of our products are cruelty free and not tested on animals.

We are certified by the Vegan Society and part of this certification process confirms no animal testing has been carried out.

Do you recommend patch testing your products before use?

We use high-quality, carefully selected ingredients in all Revived Skincare products. However, everyone's skin is unique. Even the most gentle, natural ingredients can cause a reaction for some people.

To keep your skin happy and healthy, we strongly recommend doing a quick "patch test" before using any new product.

Where do I find the full ingredients list on each product?

You will find the complete list of ingredients used to make each individual product in the ‘Full Ingredients’ section on each individual product detail page.

What do I do if I have a reaction to your products?

If you think you have had an allergic reaction to any of our products we recommend that you stop using it and seek professional advice.

Can I return products to you if I have a reaction?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept products back for return or refund once they are opened.

What is Upcycling?

Upcycling is the process of taking discarded materials and transforming them into new products of higher quality or value.

While traditional recycling breaks materials down, upcycling gives everyday waste a beautiful second life without losing its integrity. By choosing upcycled products, you are directly:

  • Reducing waste sent to landfills
  • Lowering carbon emissions
  • Conserving natural resources

We believe that waste is simply a design flaw. That’s why we work with our sister brand, Revive Eco, who rescue discarded organic materials, like nutrient-rich spent coffee grounds.

They upcycle these materials into innovative, sustainable extracts, which we then use as the powerful active ingredients in our skincare formulations.

It allows us to deliver highly effective skincare results while championing a circular economy to improve product sustainability and protecting the planet.

How do I use your body scrubs?

To experience the very best of our body scrubs, we recommend that you use them in the shower where possible, or bath if necessary.

Simple scoop a handful of scrub out of its pouch or tin and massage it onto wet, or damp, skin in a circular motion to exfoliate, hydrate and nourish.

Then rinse off with clean water and pat dry with a towel.

Your skin should feel smoother and softer.

How do I use your Coffee Oil?

To experience the the very best of our Coffee Oil we recommend applying 1 to 2 drops to your skin and massage in, until fully absorbed.

Our Coffee Oil can be used daily, adjusting this to your own skin type and routine as required.

Is you product packaging sustainable and recyclable?

All our product packaging is recyclable and in many cases made from recycled materials.

All our branded boxes are made from 100% recycled fibre, including 25% recycled coffee cup fibre. To recycle it simply place it in your home paper recycle bin.

All our aluminium jars and lids are infinitely recyclable and can be recycled in your household recycle bin. Simply rinse them out before putting in the bin.
