Dispatch Information

We want you to receive our products as quickly as possible, so that you can start to enjoy their skin loving benefits with the minimum of fuss.

As a result we aim to process and dispatch your order out to you on the same day you order, provided that we receive the confirmed order payment before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm GMT on a Friday; or on Saturday, Sunday or any Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched out on the next working day.

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked services for delivery to UK addresses. Unlike cheaper packet post rates, these services allow for tracking of your order through the Royal Mail delivery network, right up to the point of delivery.

Please Note:

*Deliveries to some remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the next working day, but are guaranteed within 3 working days.
**The Estimated Delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Delivery to your chosen address may take longer than stated due to factors outwith our control. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer for delivery.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, the delivery person should leave a ‘I Called While You Were Out’ card. This card will contain instructions on how to arrange for collection or re-delivery of your parcel. Please contact the number on this card or visit their website, before you contact us.
