At Revived Skincare, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and the best service possible. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
Below you will find our returns and exchange policy, outlining your rights and our obligations to you.

Change of Mind (Unwanted Items)
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.
To be eligible for a "change of mind" refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be entirely unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All tamper-evident hygiene seals must be fully intact and unbroken.
For all "change of mind" returns, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for any skincare products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken. We strictly enforce this policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. If an unsealed product is returned to us, we will not be able to process a refund and the item may be safely destroyed.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, we will work to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the first 6 months (e.g., a broken pump mechanism), we will offer to repair or replace the item.
Please keep all the shipping materials included with your order, that includes the shipping box it was dispatched in and any order dispatch note included.
Contact our team as quickly as possible with your order number and details of the damaged or missing items. You can find out how best to get in touch on our Contact page.
If the shipping box is damaged, or if it looks as though it has been tampered with, please take a picture of this, and send it to our team. Along with a note of your name, order number and the damaged or missing items.
Revived Skincare will cover all return postage costs for faulty or damaged items.
Allergic Reactions
We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, and a full ingredient list is available on every product page. Everyone's skin is uniquely different, and a personal allergic reaction does not constitute a "faulty" product under UK law.
We strongly advise all customers to read the ingredient lists carefully before purchasing and to perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application.
We do not offer refunds for items that cause a personal allergic reaction or skin purge unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly labelled.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return please email our customer care team at hello@revivedskincare.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with our returns address and instructions.
Package your items securely to prevent any transit damage.
Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may reduce the refund amount to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods if they have been mishandled.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
We will refund the basic standard delivery cost of shipping the goods to you. We do not refund the extra cost of any express delivery upgrades you may have chosen.
Please note we can not refund any item that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
